Celebration: Master's Degree (2016-2017) Graduation Ceremony Faculty of Arts

The Faculty of Arts enjoys a unique reputation for integrating Eastern and Western learning, teaching and research, and offers various postgraduate programmes. The Master’s Degree (2016-2017) Graduation Ceremony for graduates of the Faculty was held on 17 November 2017 at the University Mall. A total of 914 master’s degrees were conferred at the Ceremony. Professor Dennis Ng, Pro-Vice-Chancellor presided over the Ceremony while Professor Thomas Luk, Dean of School of Humanities and Social Science of Hang Seng Management College, was the Guest of Honour. Currently a senior college tutor at New Asia College, Professor Luk received his Bachelor’s degree and later became a professor in the Faculty’s Departments of English and Cultural and Religious Studies, shared the joyful moments with the graduates at the Ceremony. Over one thousand teachers and guests joined the event to celebrate with the graduates at the Mall.
