In Memory of Mr. HO Chuan-hsing ......
Former Deputy Director of the National Palace Museum, Mr. Ho Chuan-hsing, passed away on 31 August 2024, at the age of 73.
Mr. Ho was well-respected within the academic community. In 2021-22, he was invited by the Department of Fine Arts and the Institute of Chinese Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong to take on the role of Visiting Scholar. During the visit, Mr. Ho guided the younger generation with patience and care. Our students and faculty members are indebted to him for his teaching and generous sharing of research insights.
The Department members are deeply saddened by Mr. Ho’s passing and offer our heartfelt condolences to his family.
