To promote the Sinicization of Buddhist Scriptures Hermeneutics, strengthen the research on Hermeneutics literature of Chinese Buddhist Scriptures and Denomination Studies, and deepen the theoretical study and teaching practices of Humanistic Buddhism, the Centre for the Study of Humanistic Buddhism at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Institute of Religious Culture at Peking University, and Fo Guang Shan Institute of Humanistic Buddhism at are jointly hosting the “Academic conference on Buddhist Scriptures Hermeneutics and the Doctrinal Framework of Humanistic Buddhism” on August 12-13, 2024.
