This is a conversation that merges the wisdom of Buddhist thoughts with business management, aiming to explore the application of Buddhist teachings and values in contemporary business administration.

Mr. Yeung Chun Fan immigrated to Hong Kong in 1972 and ventured into the business sector. In 1974, he co-founded Xuri Apparel Factory with his brother, Dr. Charles YEUNG, and established Glorious Sun Group in 1975. The group's business scope includes real estate, financial investments, clothing manufacturing, retail, and trade. They have property investments and financial operations in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, and China. They also have wholesale and retail operations in China, Hong Kong, and Australia, with their main brand name being "JEANSWEST."

Venerable Jing Yin, currently serves as the Abbot of Po Lin Monastery, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University, the Director of Centre of Buddhist Studies at Hong Kong Chu Hai College, a visiting professor at the University of Hong Kong, a member of the Board of Directors at Hong Kong Nang Yan College of Higher Education, and a subject expert for the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications. He has previously held the position of Director of the HKU Centre of Buddhist Studies.
