The opening ceremony will begin at 9:00 am on 20 January 2017. The first session on Day 1 will start at 9:30 am. The last session on Day 1 will conclude in the evening. The first session on Day 2 will begin at 9:00 am. Day 2 will be a half-day forum. The field trip on day two will depart in the afternoon on 21 January 2017. A detailed schedule of the forum will be sent out shortly.

PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT & LANGUAGE
Equipment provided for the presentation includes access to a desktop computer (with access to the Internet) connected to a projector. A microphone will also be provided. All presentation should be conducted in English due to large number of international audience.
