My research interests are mental health, ethics, accountability, children, and the value of education.

In my work as a legal and psychological counsellor in educational institutions, I was involved with the mental health of Chinese schoolchildren and was concerned about their voices, experiences, and contradictory ethical practices. I am interested in how children’s moral practice can reveal the vulnerability and potentialities of the human condition when confronted with mental disorders and responsibilities, enabling us to delve into more profound ontological natures.
