蘇芳淑

蘇芳淑教授於美國哈佛大學獲哲學博士學位,主修中國藝術史。其後於美國佛利爾美術館工作,曾策劃多個有關中國古代藝術的展覽及參與多項相關研究。2001年起於本系任教,主要教授青銅器史、玉器史及藝術史學方法等專題。蘇教授於2001至2008年為藝術系系主任,於2002至2011年兼任香港中文大學中國文化研究所所長,並於2013至2015年任中文大學文物館館長。現為藝術系兼任教授。

蘇教授的研究範圍主要集中在史前至青銅時代的藝術及考古、中國古代的文化與藝術交流。近年主持的研究項目主要關注美國收藏的中國古玉、香港的中國藝術收藏史、中國古代金器及文化與藝術交流。論文收錄於多部重要論文集與出版物中。
