Congratulations to ZHENG Enzhe (DMus) and YEUNG Sin-ting Jessie (BA, Year 4) who shine at the 2024 New Generation Composition Competition. Zheng received the First Prize and Yeung made it to the final. Organised by Hong Kong Composers’ Guild Limited, in association with Radio Television Hong Kong Radio 4; sponsored by the Composers and Authors Society of Hong Kong Limited, the New Generation programme aims at encouraging music creativity among young composers in Hong Kong by providing a platform for performance and exchange of musical ideas. We have a strong CUHK presence at this year's International Rostrum of Composers in the Lithuania!     Works by Prof. Kai-Young Chan, Chris Hung (DMus 09'), Alvin Tam (BA 12'), and Samuel Leung (BA 20') are presented by Hong Kong delegate Vincent Luk (DMus 21') at the International Rostrum of Composers, an annual forum of broadcasting organizations who come together for the purpose of exchanging and broadcasting contemporary music.
