The opening ceremony will begin on the morning of 1 March 2024. The first session on Day 1 will start right after the ceremony; the last session on Day 1 will conclude in the evening. The first session on Day 2 will begin in the morning. Day 2 will be a half-day forum. Information regarding which panels will be conducted online or in person will be released in November 2023.
